Coaching is a process supporting professional development that brings very good results. The method helps on discovering employee resources, and managerial skills as well, as increasing effectiveness in achieving goals.
Each coaching session is take 90 min. During the session the participant is working on own professional life goals. The coaching cycle takes 6-10 meeting, most often every two weeks.
